Refund Policy

This refund policy explains how free access, paid subscription billing, cancellations, and billing issue reviews are handled.

Free Plan Before Paid Use

Review Management offers a free plan so users can try the generator before starting a paid subscription. Please review the product, reply quality, and usage limits before upgrading.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable after a billing period starts. Subscription access and usage limits are provided for the billing period purchased. Paddle is the current production payment provider and processes subscription payments under its checkout terms.

Cancellations

Users can cancel future renewal of a paid subscription. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved as an exception. Contact support for billing assistance or use any cancellation option made available by the payment provider.

Billing Error And Duplicate Charge Review

Exceptions may be reviewed case by case for billing errors, duplicate charges, or similar payment issues. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support with the account email, charge date, and a short description of the issue.

No Guaranteed Outcome Refund

Refunds are not provided because the service did not produce a guaranteed business result, rating improvement, customer outcome, revenue increase, or search ranking change.
