These terms describe how Review Management can be used to generate editable review reply drafts through the web app and local browser extension.

Review Management is a software-as-a-service product that helps local businesses draft replies to customer reviews. The product provides generated text drafts that users can review, edit, copy, and use where appropriate. The browser extension is a separate local-only helper and does not access review pages, Google accounts, or web app subscription data.
Generated replies are drafts only. You are responsible for reviewing every reply before use, confirming it is accurate for your business, and removing any private, sensitive, medical, legal, financial, or unsupported claims before posting.
Review Management does not guarantee more reviews, improved ratings, higher search rankings, additional revenue, customer satisfaction, or any other business outcome.
Review Management is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Google. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of their respective owner.
Guest and account plans include a limited number of generations each monthly usage period. One successful generation may create up to three reply drafts. Paid plans may provide higher generation limits as shown on the pricing page. Usage limits, plan names, and pricing may change for future billing periods after notice where required.
You may not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, infringing, spammy, or misleading content. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, misuse accounts, or reverse engineer private parts of the product.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Review Management is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from use of the service.
